Mus is an innovative person and a strategist. His goal is to always recognise successful, productive projects and create long-term opportunities. He is very well known for his dedication to his projects.
He comes from a family restaurant owner, who is specialise in providing the best of Turkish cuisine. He himself started his career working in restaurants. He worked in almost all of the positions in a restaurant, which became an important factor in his success.
Mus has been a restaurant owner since 2015 and took over Yaprak in 2017. Before this, Mus had worked multiple different roles in a range of restaurants. Having the understanding of developing staff and recognising their success is something Mus strives in. This has led to Mus having a dedicated team behind him. Resulting in the growth of Yaprak and investing in different sectors.
Ekrem Acar Chairman&CEO
He has a management approach that focuses on maximising the efficiency of the investments. He is very well known for his enthusiasm.
In 2003, Ekrem started his success in Cyprus. Managing 5 star hotels and resorts, Ekrem quickly developed his career and enthusiasm in the hospitality sector. He has a management approach that focuses on maximising the efficiency of the investments.
After 15 years of success, Ekrem moved to England and took his place in Acar Group. Where he has continued to use his expertise and dedication to grow Acar Group. Mus shared that Acar Group, were able to accelerate their investments during the pandemic. Which has developed the growth of new branches.
